Yes I thought he was referring to Nordic also .. ( but, he is easy to misunderstand ) and was waiting for him to appear in this thread .

Major crash on the horizon I predict. 

What appears different in Pattaya is foreign quota appears to be bought with hard cash rather than loans. If bought by loans then perhaps prices would move more logically

I rent a unit in nordic dream paradise, it's not connected to New Nordic other than sharing similar name. It is managed by a company contracted to the board of the building. I forgot the name of the company but they manage a few other buildings in the area too. 

This goes for residence, park hill, dream paradise and terrace which was all built by someone else. 

I like it, they just fixed up the pool and some good people living there. Been renting my unit for 1 1/2 years. 

I have some friends that own in park Hill and residence, park hill is definitely the nicer one out of the two.
