LK Mansion - Deluxe 40 m² rooms

Has anyone stayed in the above hotel? more specifically the Deluxe 40 m² rooms?

I'm thinking of booking for a 2/3 week stay and would like to hear others experience.

Personally I like a room with plenty of space and this seems to fit the bill at a reasonable rate and location.

Presume this hotels is guest friendly? more for a second joiner?

Personally haven't but a friend of mine...definitely guest friendly and free for first joiner.

No room safes is a deal breaker for me, good location tho and cheap as chips.

A friend of mine stayed there and didn't like it. Cheap, but amongst his complaints was that it stunk because of the garbage left out from the very nearby Lengkee restaurant.

These larger rooms have safes by the looks of the video review.

The deluxe room is the one in the video, looking at the price shown on Agoda there are cheaper / better options available nearby.
