Venues with amazing views - Pattaya area

Hi, 

I would love to hear from you about your favorite venues with great views. 

So far I've really enjoyed the happy hour at the Hilton horizon bar. Also really enjoyed the view on the sea at the Pattaya beer garden. 

Looking forward to your suggestions.

What time is happy hour there? And is the rooftop bar separate from the pool area?

Royal Garden Plaza, the balcony on the top floor food court.   Not yet tried it at night.

Between 5-6pm. Rooftop bar is in the same area as the pool on the 27th floor. 

I turned up by chance at 5:15pm and that’s how I came to know it , details below in link

would probably say the best restaurant all round in Pattaya

How about alternates for the Beer Garden? The place is pretty busy right at sunset and sometime it is difficult to get a good place to sit. Maybe something off of Walking Street?
