The unit is available in Thai Company or Thai Quota, if sold with the company there are no transfer taxes, if sold in Thai Quota the transfer taxes are split 50/50 between both parties.

Yes I consider less than 6 month rental, but minimum 2 month, for 16.000,—— Baht monthly rental fee, plus a 1 month deposit, if the rental period is contemporary, meaning start renting within a month from contacting me

Still available for sale or rent, I upgraded the place in February with double glazed windows and balcony doors with mosquito screens, big fridge (still wrapped in plastic because unused) and new sofa - I know that nobody can come to Thailand right now, but maybe somebody’s lease runs out and he is looking for another place

Price now 1.645.000,— Baht, I invested approximately 100.000,— Baht and the sales price is still the same imho a very good price for this lovely unit, but I know that you can get a unit in Paradise Park for less than that but its not the same when it comes to quality of the unit, location in the building and size. However I don’t need to sell and prefer to rent anyway, that unit will make a nice home for somebody who wants to stay in that development and area.
