Are the vendors of software CDs and DVDs still trading from the upper floors (4th?) at Tukcom on Pattaya Tai?

Had a lot of success with a shop called CD Palace over the last few years. It was still trading a few months ago,but all the other similar booths up there had bitten the dust and were no longer present. 

I read somewhere that some stores were migrating to Harbour Mall...not sure how that worked out.

Is there still anyone selling software discs at special prices,either in Tukcom or elsewhere in Pattaya? 300 bht was the going rate for almost everything.....buy five and a free one was chucked in.
