Condos on Pratumnak Hill - looking for pointers

Hi guys,

I’m looking for rent a condo in the Pratumnak Hill area from 15 June for about 1 month. If I find it comfortable, I might even expend the stay for 2 months.

Could you please give me some recommendations from actual condos that you know of to websites/contact details of agents who can help me with the search?

I’m looking for a very quiet place/area without the noise of bars or busy streets. Ground floor with access to a pool or a garden would be nice, but it’s not a dealbreaker requirement.

Many thanks in advance.

Unless you have some pressing reason for Prahtumnak, I'd look at other options. Less eating places, bars, shops etc. than most other areas. Upsides is that its quieter, Kinnaree Gents Club is there and some parts of the beach that side of the hill aren't as bad as Beach Road.

Most of the online booking agents will have condos for rent in that area, as there are loads of empty ones.

Have a lookie at Soi 4 Malee House/Malee Residence. Its lovely and quiet and the apartments are very nicely decorated with quality furniture. I never had any probs getting into town as there are taxis/mc waiting up to 10pm half way down the Soi and baht buses are constantly up and down the road servicing Asia Pattaya hotel

The Soi has been developing over the years and there are numerous eating/drinking establishments now in place plus the beach is at the end of the Soi. If ya want to be away (sleeping) from the madness and are prepared to pay to commute the short distance its a great choice imo, i spent 4 months there.
