Best cooking class in Pattaya?

Ok, I'm not much of a cook but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pad Thai and other thai dishes and would love to learn how to cook it, especially pad thai.

 

I'll be at the Pattaya Bay Resort for a couple weeks in Feb - can anyone recommend a good thai cooking class while I'm in Patts?

You will not even need to leave the hotel, go to the restaurant on the roof and the Thai chief will give you lessons.

 

Alternatively if you do not like this idea, I will put you in touch with a bar girl who cooks for me all the time and does a great Pad Thai (if that is what you kids are calling it these days)
