One bedroom Suite at the LK Renaissance

Hey everbody,

 

I will be on my vacation for 75 days... First I thought I would stay 60 days in pattaya at the renaissance (one bedroom suite) and 14 days in ac, but know my plane has changed and I want to stay one week more in ac...the problem is that i make my reservation at the renaissance allready and i have got a speciall rate for it, so I not want waste my money for have the room one week empyt...I dont know if it is possible, but if... I would like to offer some of you guys a one bedroom suite at the lk renaissance for 370 € from the 21th of february until 28th (check out), so for one week!

Think that they will pay you back your money for that week, I did check out early from Metropole and they give me money back.

 

But if not I’m willing to take your week there I should arrive 21 February 5 pm and going to AC 3 March, so I could just ask them to extend 3 more days at same price or I will find something’ll.

The problem is that i have only got my discount price for a 2 month stay (60 days)...I will arrive in Pattaya at the 16th of february and want to stay first until the 21st of february (check out) then go to ac for 3 weeks and check in at the renaissance again from the 14th of march until the 1st of may...so it would be a totally booking at the LK rens. for 53 days...(not 60).

Try speaking with Mr. Tong, the manager, and negotiate for a 60 day rate. He's a nice and professional guy. Also, things in Thailand are more up for negotiation vs. in the west. At least that's been my experience.
