Hehaiyapoonading back to Pattaya after a 10 year break - have provisionally booked into the Chaiyapoon In on Soi Chaiyapoon, their site looks good and it seems close to the action. Hace booked one of the suites for 700 Bt per night.

Can anyone who has stayed there please give me an honest review of what you thought of the place.

no idea about the inside but the outside is looking a bit tired

Stayed there twice. Had a suite facing the wasteland at the back so no noise from the poon. Big rooms that are kept clean. Good value and location.

It had a small bar at the entrance, also a roof terrace when I stayed, I think it even has a daytime sandwich / coffee bar on the side now too?

It is guest friendly, not sure about 2nd guest policy tho.
