Visa waiver advice

Perhaps someone can advise me.  My stepmother and sister are planning a visit to Thailand later this year.  They won't be staying for 30 days so won't need a visa. However they are thinking about including a few days in Vietnam while they are here. If they have a 30 day visa exempt stamp in their passports will there be any problem returning to Thailand for the remainder of their holiday? Any thoughts gratefully appreciated.

They will not have a problem at all. All that will happen is that they will get another 30 days when they come back to Thailand

The judge has spoken and passed judgement
