Best visa options ?

I’m going patts from uk soon for 2 months maybe more and visiting Hong Kong during that time also. 

I was thinking about 60 say visa but how will the visit hong kong affect that and would it be easier  just go for 30 days pop over too Ho Chi Minh for a few days then come back then go Hong Kong  after another 30 days. 

The reason I thought about Ho Chi Minh is because I’m going to book a flight no return and maybe need proof of onward travel and I kinda want book the HK trip when me and the missus feel like it when I’m in patts.

I'd say go ahead and get the 6o day tourist visa. Then your can go on a side trip to Hong Kong any time.

A side trip to HCMC for a visa run would be more expensive than just getting a tourist visa.

No issues with the airline if you have a tourist visa also.
