Brand new to forum

Hi. Brand new and planning my first trip to Thailand this year. I'm wondering what the best time of year to go is? I was thinking November but I'd love to hear what times are considered best.

The weather stays good the next couple of months, you can then expect rain from around June till November, pattaya would be relatively quiet during that period. Either go now or in the next couple of months or else go during rainy season when it’s quiet, you do get good deals on hotels then but you might also have to put up with some rain. The rain should be gone by November so yes that would be a good time to go. It gets very busy then around Christmas and hotels etc can be more expensive.

July/august is good, its low season so not overly busy, far from dead though, i go this time every year!

Weather wise... even though its classed as `rainy season` i`ve been there and its hardly rained at all, with plenty of sunshine!

Hi  You will find a lot of good advice by reading the forums.Being your first trip (you did not say how long for) you will know dought have a great and wonderful time.November is a time i like going,but everyone has there favorite time.The main thing is do not fall in love.You will have to give us all a report when you come back.      Ben.
