On my return next month I plan on signing up to true for my internet, can I order 2 routers and will 2 router work? I need 2 as I plan on running 2 android boxes to 2 different TV's

Unsure why you would need several routers. You can connect several devices on 1 router and I see no reason why 2 boxes couldn't work together on the same router ??

Don't know for True, but seems to me that most providers in Pattaya will sell (rent?) you a modem-router that will accept 4 devices by LAN and at least 4 (but probably more) by WiFi.

Most routers these days possess multiple LAN ports (4) and wifi as standard, so you wouldn't require two routers.

Various outlets in Tukcom supply various lengths of LAN networking cables in lengths of 1M, 3M, 5M, 10M, 30M and 50M if your second box is situated away from the router if the wifi doesn't cut the mustard.

The reason I stated 2 was because 1 box will be a far way from the router and I didn't want unsightly wires running  all around the house

Assuming that both use the same main power supply, and that your house electrics are in reasonable condition, Powerlan is probably what you need:

You can also get a wifi repeater if it's too far from the router.

A good router would solve your problem.
You just make sure that your rooter device has a wide range.
