Someone that can tell me what huai dae means.?

Like. Walking on the beach with huai dae.

Can someone translate this for me??

เดินลงทะเลไปพร้อมๆกับห้วยแดกวันนี้

I tried different translate, but can not get exactly what it means.

หวย = lottery
แดก = [Isaan dialect] to eat; to devour

Seems like หวยแดก means sad situation when someone spend too much money on lottery tickets and become poor.

This can be right, something like I walk on the Beach after losing much money on the Lottery, but it can also mean I walk together with (somebody) who lost much money on the Lottery ( พร้อมๆ )

i'm not satisfied with both.

Maybe its something like I walk down the Beach hearing a Thai music song "หวยแดก" search on youtube for it.
