Sivatel Bangkok - a Lottellee Winna Review

The Missus, nipper and I have just returned from the Sivatel in Bangkok.Here are my observations.

Location: On Wireless Road, directly opposite the British Embassy, 2 minutes walk to BTS and 10 minutes walk to Nana Plaza.

Customer Service: The service was swift and impeccable. The check-in process was friendly and swift. Dragon the head concierge is a star.

Rooms: The rooms (we had a really nice suite) were huge, clean, and comfortable. The bedsheets were clean and very luxurious. The bathroom was opulent luxury and the amenities were top rate.

Guest Friendly: Yes (one guest).

Facilities: I had the privilege of using the 8th floor gym. First rate cardio machines in a neat and spacious gym, with views overlooking the adjacent buildings. It has all the gym equipement you want, and regular evening gym sessions conducted by the staff. The infinity pool and wading pool were excellent. Nicely shaded in the morning, it gets some afternoon sunshine.

Food: The breakfast restaurant adjacent to the pool served the most delicious breakfast in downtown Bangkok. With outdoor stations serving eggs and various savoury dishes,. The ground floor restaurant is even better, we ate there on several occasions and it offers up simply the best Thai food I have ever tasted...outstanding.

Price: I paid 4,500THB a night for a huge suite with separate lounge.
