I don't know if it's good or not, but a ex-pat friend of mine bought some kamagra gel at a pharmacy on Khao Talo between the train tracks and Sukhumvit, right next to the 7/11, same side and near the Eastern Grand Palace (hotel).  My friend was impressed cause he was able to order his other regular daily meds instead of having to travel to the bright side.  The pharmacist speaks decent English, maybe stop in and ask.

Edit; Don't expect Soi Buakow prices, you will be paying more for the road less traveled.

Just sit drinking close to the road at any bar during the middle of the day and you'll have somebody come up to you and try to sell you some dick pills, especially if you are on the 40y+ end of things. I've always bought Cialis this way and every single time the price has been reasonable (can't remember exact price, sorry) and they have definitely worked.
