Posting this to help out an Aussie mates Thai lady.  I've know them going on 9 years as they own the condo unit above me.  She has just recently started this service and is the only driver.  Although I have yet to drive with her a friend of mine did recently and said she is a safe and sane driver.  She speaks excellent English (even though she's living with an Aussie) and if you're interested you can contact her or ask any questions through her partner at [email protected]  Cost for BKK service is 1200 baht.
