Another TM 30 question

If the  TM 30 hasn't been filed, when and where is the shite going to hit the fan? Is it going to come up when I renew my visa? Is immigration going to question me as to who the owner of the property is (single house) and where they can be reached etc.? Is it going to impact my visa in any way?

By my limited personal experience: Yes, it comes up when you go to do the 90 day reporting or visa renewal, during the process you also have to fill the TM47.

I posted my experience with the agent of my condo "forgetting" the TM30 somewhere in the forum but basically the company told me that without the TM30 they couldn't renew my visa (not sure if this is true or they just wanted to avoid future problems).

I did the 90 day checking just few days ago and I was asked if I was still living there, where it was, etc, ... they can cross check your TM47 with the TM30 that your landlords submitted and see if both have the same address, if not, seems that is when shit may hit the fan.

@cutecutepillow Do you have a one year visa? I haven't done a TM47 in years. They just scan the barcode on my previous one.
