Did not see any website. Agoda seems to offer some good rates for this place.

Its a guesthouse and on Soi 6 so yes it is 100% girl friendly.

Its a good place but dont be taken in by the word "hotel". There are no hotels on Soi 6. You get what you pay for i.e a decent low cost room. 

One thing I have read in reviews elsewhere is families booking as they see a "cheap hotel very close to the beach". They then complain about the side of Soi 6 they were not expecting. As you are well versed on Soi 6 in the forum I assume I do not need to explain it is not suitable for families. The place is, the Soi is not.

Heard many a good thing about Sandman from guys who want to spebd the bulk of their time on Soi 6. I will leave it for others to point out a few alternatives.
