We are heading off on another road trip soon & I do find myself frustrated at times finding food I like as I'm not a great lover of Thai food.

Breakfast is always hit & miss with 7-11 the last choice saloon & that's OK it is what it is

Lunch is usually a roadside affair so I get my portion of Thai there so that just leaves dinner. I'm looking for a restaurant with something other than bog standard Thai at any of the following towns/cities

2nd - Mae Sariang
3rd Tak
4th Nakhon Sawan
5th Korat
6th Roi Et
7th Udon Thani
8th Udon Thani
9th Loei
10th Nan

Chang Rai will be the Hungry Wolf which is a big favourite of mine

Any suggestions greatfully received
