Older Photo's Fuzzy/Corrupted?

I know some people probably use image hosting websites that purge their photos after a long time online but some photo's appear all fuzzy with like green and red bars going across them, is it due to them being deleted or something? Shame... some of the threads sounded Interesting like old TR's from other countries than Thailand.

We lost a lot of photos from the server upgrade last year though mostly from the 2016 period.

Others were restored from a very old backup but being digital they should be the same as when uploaded.

Can you link an example?

Yes. I see them "corrupted" too when in the topic,

but if I look at the pictures from their URL, then they appears OK :

Thanks, I can see them when I click on them, don't know why I didn't try that first lol.
