computer prices in Thailand

Hi all,

Does anyone have a link to a Thai web site where I can check out computer prices, so I can compare prices to farung land.

I've done a bit of surfing however unable to come up with any.

I cant give you a link but I can tell you that "like for like" computers are more expensive here than UK and USA.

 

This is even more so now the exchange rate has dropped for some currencies.

 

I dont know where you are from but if you are from the UK you will get a com much cheaper there than in Thailand.

 

Some makes (Acer) are good value here but "labels" such as Toshiba, Dell, Sony, HP, Compaq etc are not well priced here.

Don't know about the internet, but I've looked at Tuk.Com, the electronics shopping mall in Pattaya, (there's not much on their website,) and the prices are roughly similar to prices in the the States. Maybe a little higher because you can sometimes find sale prices at home. I haven't tried bargaining the price down here.

IMHO if you shop online in the states and have time they are much cheaper then what i looked at when i was in pattaya.......
