Udon Thani to Seka - Options

Hello,  I am flying into Udon Thani and I want to go immediately to Seka.   Last time I rented a car for 1000 baht a day.  Is there a bus that goes to Seka  ?   Any idea on what the cost might be of hiring a taxi/driver to take me from Udon Thani to Seka.  I don't want to drive myself as I don't have a Thai drivers license....I am concerned about all the checkpoints ...  Thanks for any help.

Edit: looking at the prices quoted on the website it looks like roughly 2500-2800 baht?

I have never heard of Seka but a quick google says it is 161 km from Udon Thani city so maybe 200 from the airport.

I would guess a local taxi would be approx 1400-1500 for a trip of that distance and there are many at the airport.
