Looking for 1 bedroom condo from Pratumnak or Jomtien from 1st of Dec. Currently living in Pratumnak already for 6 months. I'm working full time with work permit and have girlfriend, who clean the condo everyday. 

Looking for 1 year contract and rent max. 10000bht/month. Kitchen and balcony are must, but no need for swimming pool or gym. I have motobike, so location can vary. Don't need to be near baht bus.
