Hi looking to rent a condo around central Pattaya for 4 months budget up to 12k arrive 13 November but have a friend on the ground who could look it over b4 I arrive. Euro kitchen a must , I live in hope lol stayed in Nirun last year been offered few in there but we're only 4/10
