Shipping cold items within Thailand

I have a 3kg package of chocolate chips that needs to get up north. I'm in Pattaya and it's going to Nahkom Phanom. I do not want ti make this a hassle for the recipient to get it. Do you have anysuggestions on how to get it there reasonably and not melted.

I was thinking dry ice in an insulated package or just ship overnight.

I was quoted by one office 1000 baht to ship it overnight and not with any dry ice. Are postal shipping places all about the same price?
