How far from the beach is it? Just out of interest.

 

I looked at those 3 beds ON the beach a few weeks ago. They are smaller than my house but they were asking 18m for it.

 

1.65m for the house and a whopping 16m+ for 90twah which is pretty small.

Hi there its on the mountain side but not too far up, coming from Pattaya before you get to Ban Sare on the opposite side from 7-11 there’s a yellow Sala Thai ,looks like a fancy bus stop ,turn left and its up there ,if anybody would like to meet up and look at our work (look at the job in hand ) your welcome to e mail me on [email protected] or call me on 0898649550-were there most of next week ,we don’t really get involved with land sales but we do have a few contacts who do . Hi there, this is not a low budget house it will have a fitted granite kitchen, hard wood flooring, grade A white aluminum widows , the total cost will be reviled upon completion with pictures thanks and cheers now.

would your customer be interested in a filter system that gives safe drinkable potable water to to every tap in the whole house?

Mistake the cost is 4.65 mill plus extras i.e. wooden flooring upstairs granite tiles downstairs. Kitchens included, that’s not including swimming pool and carp pool and the perimeter wall. Probably 6.5 to complete ish.
