Would like to watch this game this evening 1) What channel in Thailand might it be on? Which Thai speech channel - (will simply turn off volume)? Which Astro Sports channel might have it in English? 2) Which bar in Jomtien might have this game on in its entirety Thai time 12.45 - about 2.45 OR if none available ...3) Which bars with cheap drinks available in Pattaya central will have it on?

No Idea on Astro Sports bro sorry

Thai Channels seem to be pretty intermittent which, if any UCL Games they show these days. Chances are they will have one game tonight but whether its the Spuds game i don't know. They tend to favour ManU and Liverpool and Liverpool play tonight.

As for the bars - there are usually many showing UCL Games but it kicks off at 01.45, not 12.45, which doesn't sit too well with the closure times these days.

I would have a guess it will be on Le Pub (they have true) and that usually remains open at those times. Also any of the Retox bars.
