So you can see every transaction of bitcoin on blockchain. Everyone can see it through blockchain explorer.

In addition to, there is a transaction fee when you send btc to another wallet. At that time you need a confirmation for your transaction and Mining machines do that process for your transaction and take your fee as an award ;)
