Hi guys,

so I've planned my first 3 month trip arrive 2nd jan-29th march

looking for a 3 Month rent in jomtein/pratnamak area

1 bed condo, modern, new, clean

some things I'd love to have included

is a pool,gym,washing machine,wifi,balcony

ill be in patts in November for 2 weeks for viewings 

budget 20,000 to 30,000

if you know of anything like this please let me know

Also a two bedroom  in VT2B available now.

The 2bed is on my website I will put the 1 bed on soon.( its on now).
