Pathetic how so many agents in Pattaya stick that on ads for properties that are way overpriced!

To be fair to the OP, he's being realistic about asking price. It's just a very tough market in Pattaya at the moment - especially for condos this size.

Yes the price looks good, if you don't mind Jomtien its worth considering

I agree the price is on the button to sell as its Foreign ownership.

It would seem many are migrating to Jomtien especially the visiter who has been visiting many times.
