Looking for condo

I'm looking for a condo from next month or a few days sooner depending on when i move out of my current condo.

I will need it until may 3rd, so a little over 7 months. My budget is up to 12k/month, but cheaper is always better:)

Would like a washing machine and internet/cable included.  Would prefer central/south pattaya or jomtien area.

10,000tb per month.

Direct TMN internet and cable included in real price.

Brand new 50 in smart tv.

2 sets of bedding  and towels.

Government and condo rates on utilities.

Sorry no washing machine there are many laundry shops in the building very cheap.

JDM does kit the properties out fully furnished. Worth a look.
