Fresh made Thai milk tea with less sugar

I love Thai milk tea but it is way too sweet for me. Where can I find a place serving fresh made Thai milk tea so I can adjust the amount of sugar they put in ?

Dono about tea but I have no problem asking street vendors for less sugar in my ice coffee than the normal heap they pour in.

Really - it is kind of like ordering a sandwich in the Philippines. Make sure to request the obligatory 1/4 cup of mayo on the side.
