Possible for Me to Have Thread I Can Edit/Moderate?

I don't know what the board capabilities are in this case, but suppose:

I want to create a thread to share pictures of hot babes I've found on the net. I would allow others to post on this thread, but if they posted shit not up to my standard or threadfucked, I could just moderate the thread myself. Sort of an "expatdude's favorites only allowed" thread.

It's probably not possible, but I thought I'd ask.
