Starting on May 23 quite out of the blue, I've been receiving daily notifications titled "Your Pattaya Addicts Forum digest", even though my account settings have all notifications disabled. I definitely made no account changes on this date to prompt these emails, and never received anything like it before. When I click the link at the end of the email 'adjust your digest settings', it shows a page (Manage Followed Content) with settings for every single thread I've posted in - marked as a mix of 'daily' and 'weekly' notifications. To stop the emails, it seems I have to unsubscribe from each thread individually?

I can't see any way to unsubscribe from all the threads?
