Blood Test in Hua Hin

Hello I am healthy and active but have CLL cancer with a slow increase in cancer cells in my bone marrow.

Ok the important thing is it slowly reduces my blood platlets and I want to have a a blood test every 2 weeks for this but not a comprehensive test.

I am on holidays for 2 months in LOS.. where can I get this in Hua Hin or BKK and approximatly how much ?
