Is there any Gyms in Pattaya that have spinning classes?

 

I find this the best way of cardio-training (45-60 minutes). It has low impact on the body and the instructors/music help push you. Doing it on my own is not as "fun". Running or jogging is not good for my knee (to many motorcycle accidents).
