Our company is a team of expats living in various parts of Asia. Nothing against other nationalities, but specifically we need American salespeople to get on the phone and sell to Americans.

Our company is growing at a tremendous rate so we’re hiring SALES PEOPLE for an immediate start. 

This is NOT a cold calling position! Our customers have registered their interest via our website. If you have the ability to connect with buyers and sell them over the phone we need YOU to be part of our fast growing team!  We pay 15% commission on the profit from every sale, which is fully tracked in our custom built CRM. A motivated sales person can earn in excess of $5,000 per month in our company. 

Essential requirements for this role include:

• You MUST be a fluent English speaking American with an American accent
• You MUST have proven sales experience
• A professional telephone manner with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Your own laptop computer and headset for making calls
• Access to a reliable internet connection with sufficient speed to support calls
• Fast, accurate typing skills for sending emails and typing order notes 
• Ideally you will have some knowledge of the shipping container industry
• A willingness to learn and use our own custom built CRM 
• A willingness to work USA office hours and a minimum of 50 hours per week

This is a full time position selling new and used shipping containers. We’re looking for dedicated sales people that are willing to work hard and put in the hours needed to produce results. What's the fixed salary for the minimum 50 hours work? Any benefits/insurance? and compensation for own laptop, head sets, internet ?

No nothing. I know there's a lot of work from home type scams out there, but this is nothing like that. We are a real business and we need salespeople to sell shipping containers for us. We have heaps of leads, we just need experienced sales people to sell them. Before you go to the effort of putting together a resume I'm happy to have a chat via Skype. The reason I mention the 50 hours is that we have hired some part timers recently and they just want to work their own hours, which really doesn't suit our business needs. If you fit the requirements a base salary can be negotiated, but we would prefer that you work 100% on commission.
