Hi all, ill be in pattaya late august for a month and will be looking around for a small 1 bed house for 3 months rental starting mid december.

any ideas where to start looking ,ive seen a few nice ones on the pattaya rentals groups on facebook.. agents,websites

or areas to look at would help. id rather be jontien way or somewhere out of the way. budget is 15-20k . any help appreciated.
