Condos similar to VT6

Hi all, I'm looking for a condo in Central Pattaya for a rent, the closer to Beach rd the better.

I really like View Talay 6 mainly because of its location, but it's a bit over my budget which is 15,000 baht/month max.

Wondering if there are any other good condos similar to VT6 on Beach or Second rd?

1-bedroom/studio is fine as long as they come with a fully equipped kitchen.

15000b/month in similar location may be tight,  but last time I looked some rooms, The Base could be had around that rate in Low season not Inc elec/water, stones throw from VT6 but only accessible from 2nd Rd,  so no convenience of BR/2nd entrances.

its possible to find in vt6 at 15.000:- per month for 6 month length or longer but cant find any info for how long you wish to rent and most of all when , if its for shorter period i would aim for markland .... should be possible to find .

 

centric sea , the base , centara avenue etc are full of units below 15.000:- but needs some legwork to reach the beachroad .
