I had a regular massage at a place not far from The Black Pearl (then the White Oyster), Thai lady about 35, decent small body, excellent English speaking skills, polite and puts you at ease I think she either has or had a long term farang taking care of her so she's used to massaging falangs..  I think it's 150 baht for one hour.

This google map view is outdated, but this is the location, she's next to the Tae Kwon Do studio.

Yes. if you were facing the front door of the Black Pearl, 313 would be on the next soi behind (and a little bit to the left. I've driven past this place but never stopped in for a look.

Perhaps a bite late with the response - the 4 Kings Sauna, use Google map for directions,  opened since you inquired about Saunas on DS. It is really very well run facility, very good value with restaurant and bar. I recommend it. They do offer massages, but  I suspect only regular service with no add-ons!   However, not sure
