Sorry, I can't figure out the layout from the pics.

I assume the bathroom is next to the door, behind the mirrored wardrobes?

Where's the kitchen? Is it next to the front door with another door into the main area or is it to the side somewhere? 

Also, is the condo 37 sq m or larger? 

Finally, is it on Pattaya side or Jomtien side?

The kitchen is a separate room altogether.. unlike most studios in the 2A/B buildings and the photo with the laptop is taken in the kitchen ( the kitchen sink is to the left and just out of shot ).

I've got a studio in 2A your separate kitchen room is a very nice touch as my wife likes to cook for the 3 months we are there. A glass wall with a sliding door might be a good way to go if we don't upgrade to a 1 bedder in the future.
