The Urban is a nice condo, stayed there for 6 months and enjoyed my stay. Soi 15 kind of trashy but easy to get to Walking Street.

Nice looking condo and although I know the area a little I cannot place the location, I stay near there regularly in a guesthouse which has rooms comparable which are serviced. Is electricity and water included in your price and what about cleaning and laundry?

I have seen this one on the market for 4 months now many different prices.you got lucky here other have had the place on the market as well.

Hipflat and most agencies dont update their listing, you have to call and ask the agency if you want to know it a listed property is still available or not.

Lucky ? The OP asked 18k/month and both ads are similar 1BR for rent 19k/month and 18k/month.

I note that Footymadstreams rented his condo in less than 24 hours, well done !

Wow, has it shot up in the past couple of years?

 

Last time I checked it was 6-7 ( gov rate less than 5) for Electric & 18-20 for water.

City water has gone up and there is also a waste water fee that adds to the cost.
