Impossible to edit own posts?

In my own posts I see “Report post” instead of “Edit”.

Report post is at the top, at the bottom left there should  be quote and next to it edit.

Maybe something was changed in the relaunch/updates, but I am unable to edit my own posts .. well within the 48-hour deadline.

Am I missing something?

It was reset to 120 Mins for Advanced

30 Min for member

Indeed. I just went to try to add some clarity to a two hour old post, and the edit selection in the lower left corner is already gone. You can edit a post, but the window of available time seems to be much, much shorter than 48 hours. (At least for me, trying to do edits on my own posts.)  

I don't know what the time frame is for editing your own stuff, but it's pretty darn short. Proofread quickly. :-)

I think it is nearer 4 hours. Far too short especially if the Forum is down for a few hours..

When I posted that it was 48hr just found out it has now been changed to 2hr for whatever reason.

I think it used to be 4 hours before.

Edit settings are now back to what they always were. The upgrade reset things to Invision's default but we were not aware.

The current times are now pretty much what they were for many years

Sorry to report , men, but the time period to use the edit function is again shortened to something less that 7 hours..

I posted today and am unable to edit only 7 hours later ..
