Pattaya/Naklua/Jomtien - Quality condo/villa wanted Sep-Oct

I started a thread a few days ago focusing on looking for somewhere on Pratumnak, but never really got much in the way of interest, so I thought I would widen the geographical net.

A bit of a speculative inquiry chaps, Looking to take the family to Patts for a month in September and then meet up with my mate from the UK for a month in October. Does anyone have a high-end 2/3 bed condo/villa in Pattaya, Pratumnak, Jomtien or Naklua that they want to let out at a reasonable price before high season kicks in?

I've looked around Jomtien a lot - though a bit lower than your price range

I haven't viewed them but the only villas I'm aware of that are within walking distance of baht bus/bars/restaurants etc.

have very nice large condos in VT7 (best location in Jomtien IMHO) but are asking silly prices.

 

BM Jai Dee Mak has a very nice 2-bed in VT2B (I've viewed it) that is long term only - maybe he'd rent for 2 months.
