Travel insurance (thai credit card) for those living here

Anyone know a credit card ISSUED IN THAILAND that gives MULTI-TRIP worldwide travel insurance (for multiple trips less than 30 day duration).

A card that is not platinum (low-med earners), gives worldwide cover - including US - although "rest of world" would be OK too & supplies the insurance, regardless of whether the trip/flight is paid for using that card.

Many Western Ccards give this free perk. 

Could be very useful for thai gfs in work or those living here, who travel regularly on short trips around South East Asia. 

Otherwise, its 300B per trip using a Thai insurance company, or, take a risk and don't get covered (warning about airline insurance: its not that great on health/accident, especially if you only buy a one-way flight with the airline).
