Can anyone recommend accommodation for one month 16 April until 15 May?

Required location is around Tukom or near Walking Street and budget is 10,000 bhat per month.

There are a couple of places on Pattaya Tai/2nd road corner for 10k, they are the kind of places you have to walk in

Try soi 9 of pattaya tai there are a few. My mate has stayed in tycoon place for 9000 is one of them or on pattaya tai diamond city hotel starts at 9000 and you can send bank transfer as deposit. And on soi buakow r-con blue is 7900 and only need email as a booking confirmation but these are hotels and utilities will be 7 to 10 baht for electric and water will be 250 to 400 per unit but cleaning is included 2 to 3 times a week depending on the place.And all have pools

For condos give yensabai a look it's got a few for 10 500 on baht and sold you can also try airbnb for the same place or the juristic office.or try center condo across the road from tuckom down from cucumber restaurant.
