Milk Club Chiang Mai has been shut down already, updated Apr2017

(I opened this thread a day ago asking for more info on the Milk Club which looked attractive. I happened going there tonight and found that The Harbour, an open air shopping arcade where the Milk Club located, had been demolished. It should be on Huei Kaew Rd, west of the Maya Shopping Mall toward the direction of Chiang Mai Zoo). 

Has anyone visited the Milk Club Chiang Mai before? It is claimed to be the Chiang Mai version of the "maid cafe". It locates in the Harbour Shopping Mall on Huei Kaew Rd, near the Chiang Mai University, and not close to any tourist or farang action areas. But I want to visit for the "milk", not for the food. Are the waitress barfine-able? It looks more like a no-hand restaurant. Or, just a Thai version of Hooter? And don't order a glass of milk there. Milk is certainly not on the menu.
