Swiss Airlines Flight From Zurich To Bkk

Anyone flying to BKK from Zurich over the next couple of days?

 

Please post info/details on any flight cancellations/rerouting you may have experienced.

 

I'm planning to fly on monday the 1st (although it's looking really doubtful now). Just checked on the SWISS website and it said that

all flights from Zurich to BKK have been cancelled today (29th), but that a decision on tomorrow's flights will be announced soon.

If booking Swiss, consider how slow thier customer service is.. I was sorely disappointed.

I am on the whole very unhappy with Swiss Customer Service.

1) You took 6 days to answer this email.

2) When i called the Swiss help desk, I need 3 attempts and a 25 minute wait before the call is answered.

I hope the onboard service is better, or it is the last time I make a booking on a swiss flight.
