Hi all, I always wondered the following, perhaps someone can confirm how things are done ...

Do people need a special licence, or work permit to operate on Walking Street?
What's tolerate? What's not?

Like the recruiters distributing flyers in front of their shop ... 
Does a Jet Ski Rental shop owner can establish himself on a spot somewhere and do it's own-promotion ?
*distributing flyers about his services to the flow of tourists

How about the street artists? making a prestation and receiving tips ... Do they have to comply to some rules?
